IRDM Ultimate (480Gb) produced by Goodram use Phison PS5007-E7. The SSD storing a data location map on Dynamic-Random Access Memory Nanya 256 - 512 DDR3L to run a games without delays. The IRDM Ultimate comes equipped with Toshiba MLC flash memory. NVMe SSD also available in 240 Gb and 120 Gb capacities.
