Fanxiang's 512GB S660 NVMe SSD use Phison PS5021-E21T 4 Channel. The SSD storing a data location map on DRAM No to run a games without delays. The S660 comes equipped with Micron 176-L QLC flash memory. NVMe SSD is offered also in three capacities: 4 TB, 1 TB and 2 TB volume sizes.
