Patriot Viper VPR100 512Gb use Phison PS5012-E12. This SSD has DRAM DRAM to keep a map of where data is located on the internal SSD. The Viper VPR100 comes equipped with Toshiba 3D TLC memory. NVMe SSD is offered also in 3 capacities, including 1 Tb, 2 Tb and 256 Gb.
