ADATA XPG SX8000 256Gb use Silicon Motion SM2260G controller. The NVMe write a data location map on DRAM NANYA 256MB DDR3 to launch a programs without delays. The XPG SX8000 comes equipped with ADATA MLC flash memory. Internal SSD is offered also in 3 capacities, including 1 Tb, 512 Gb and 128 Gb.
